Otherwise, it is not practical to deploy large volume of service robots due to the overwhelming deployment and maintenance cost, and poor customer experience. Weston Robot Released Three Robot Toolboxes for Robot Vendors and Integrators
Over the past 10 years, I am so blessed to work with great talent team both at MathWorks (USA), and at Weston Robot (Singapore). With the MathWorks engineering team, we launched Robotics System Toolbox in 2015 to help customers develop their robots. With my engineers at Weston Robot, we provide tools to help customers deploy their robots, remotely control their robots, and perform the robot maintenance. With these toolboxes, I believe the robot development, robot deployment, and after-sales robot control and maintenance will become less complicated, eventually making the robot more affordable for consumers.
